With extensive experience in educational leadership, I have excelled in roles ranging from Deputy Superintendent to Principal. My work includes championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, leading recruitment and negotiation efforts, and enhancing learning mechanisms. As Principal, I successfully merged school communities, negotiated contracts, and initiated vital programs, fostering community engagement. My experience as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director further solidified my administrative expertise, while my teaching background informs my understanding of strong educational relationships. I hold a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, an Education Specialist in Leadership, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.

In my professional journey, I've honed various skills that define my leadership approach. I am a relationship builder, prioritizing the creation of a culture where strong relationships are essential.
